Hi I signed up with their webhosting plan (advance linux) and they suck. I will give you a list of negatives.
1st. Don’t think their costs are only $7.95 / month, it’s actually $9.95 / month, that is a yearly price. They tricked me.

After 3 days my tickets on diligenthost.com languished and some were automatically closed because there had been no activity on the tickets.
